General Returns Policy
You may return most new and unopened items from eSmoke.com within 30 days of the product purchase for a full refund. We’ll also provide a store credit for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging too:

Calculating Your Refund
The following conditions and exceptions apply, as do those listed on the Product Specific pages.
- Any item shipping to us within 30 days but received after the 30 day period: 75% of the items price.
Receiving a Refund
For items returned to eSmoke you can expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in most cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
You can view the status of your returns and refunds at the Returns Request of your account. If the return and refund do not appear within 4 weeks from the day you send us your return, please contact us for help.
We do not accept returns on any e-liquids or cartridges.
If you received the incorrect item and need to exchange it, please return the item as normal with a request for the exchange (if it’s the same price) or request a store for credit.
If you received a faulty item and it is covered under warranty you can exchange it by requesting a product exchange when placing your return request. Please visit the “Product Warranty” page for more information.
